The technical work is led by Andor Sípos, who has been building business .NET systems for more than 13 years. Besides the design, he takes part in the development process and the technical reviews. For larger pieces of work, he brings in experienced colleagues he has already worked with on the modernisation of a complex system.
Andor is at home in large, long-lived codebases and reshapes them into a modular structure step by step while they stay in production. He starts a new system from a clean, modular design, and when something fails in production, he traces it back to its root cause.
